Requirement:

Develop Manual Tilt Capability for High Capacity Line of Sight Antenna

Solution: 
Created a custom plate that utilized a screw drive for tilt capability from the ground that could be mounted to AL2 Standard Mast.  This allowed the mast to be rotated from the ground for horizontal alignment and then utilized a rope and screw drive that could then be used to provide fine tuning vertical alignment for a 5 mile Point-to-Point high capacity data link.  Customer completed successful test at Dugway Proving Ground for US Army..

Custom Solution #2

Requirement:

Develop Base Node for Aggregation of Wireless Video Streams

Solution: 
Created a framework that utilized specially designed 360 degree swivel arms for custom antennas to allow for full directional capability on an AL2 Standard Mast.  Each antenna could be individually adjusted to point at the far end node while maintain the recommended separation between antennas for frequency separation.

Custom Solution #3

Requirement:

Develop Light Tower with Video for Border Security Application

Solution: 
Created a set of custom mounts that utilized the roller on the AL2 Winching System so that all four high intensity LED lights could be independently rotated and adjusted based on physical requirements of the area being monitored.  Used for proof of concept testing for Boeing Border Security Initiative.

Custom Solution #4

Requirement:

Develop Adapter for In-Line Rotor

 Solution: 
Created an inline adapter that allows for varying sizes of pipes to be inserted into it so that multiple rotors can be used on either an AL1 or AL2 Standard Mast.  The adapter utilized turn knobs so that the pipe could be easily inserted and removed for quick deployments.  Also developed a plate for rotors with flat bottom mounts.

Custom Solution #5

Requirement:

Develop Mounting Brackets for Antenna Array

Solution: 
Created an a set of brackets that easily slipped over the center mast on an AL1 Standard Mast  so that all 6 panel antennas could be deployed in an 60 degree sectored array.     The top pole easily slipped on and off the mast so that the antennas could be pre-mounted and stored as a single unit for easy deployment in the field with no tools necessary

Custom Solution #6

Requirement:

Develop Adjustable Tilt Bracket for Flat Panel and Radio

Solution: 
Utilizing the roller assembly on an AL2 Winching Series Mast, we created an adjustable tilt plate for the 2 foot panel antenna. We then developed a solid plate and bracket that allowed the radio be deployed next to the panel and easily removed with a simple pull pin. The configuration allows up to 2 antennas and radios to be deployed on the same roller assembly..

Custom Solution #7

Requirement:

Develop Video Platform for Pelco Camera and IR Illuminators

Solution: 
Created a custom plate that could be mounted to the top of an AL2 Standard Mast that allowed the Pelco Camera and Pan Tilt unit to be center deployed on the top of the mast.  The plate also utilized custom designed swivel mounts that allowed the IR illuminators to be adjusted to provide 360 degree coverage below the camera.
